*This fee is dropped in favour of repair costs should you go ahead. If you decided to cancel the repair then this fee is the minimum charge and is non-negotiable.

Operating System Fix or Install

When Windows doesn't want to work any more, we will do our best to fix it before reinstalling it. Reinstalling Windows deletes all data, so before we do anything drastic, we will always call you to make sure that you have a backup, or if you would like us to make a backup for you at an additional cost.

Photos and documents are important and should be backed up in case your computer goes down.

We can backup your data, and in some cases, recover it if your computer has stopped working, or you've accidentally deleted something.

We provide Norton 360 as our antivirus of choice which covers up-to three devices for 12 months.

Hourly Labour Rate

Some jobs cannot be simply priced at a flat rate, including some diagnoses, so in these cases we work to an hourly rate of £65. While these kinds of rates are rare, we can usually gauge when a job is booked in.

This £65 rate also applies to labour costs associated with computer builds, such as Gaming PCs. Most simple builds can be completed within an hour, but additional hardware such as RGB lighting can take longer to install. Builds will be quoted when booking in.
